The City of Philadelphia ("City") through the Managing Directors Philly 311 Office has a vision
involving integration of technology, customer engagement, and government innovation to create a high quality of life and world class customer service for the customers of Philadelphia. The Philly311 CRM is central to fulfilling this mission and enables the City to provide improved customer service in a more efficient and cost-effective manner as well as providing better access to key data about services provided to Philadelphians and city visitors.
The primary objectives of this RFP are to provide annual support and maintenance for the Philly311 CRM and consulting services for enhancements. The Philly311 CRM was implemented in 2014 and utilizes a Salesforce platform.
