The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, SC Code 22340 intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order on a sole source basis to InSource Solutions, Inc. (ISS), PO Box 72804, Richmond, VA 23235 to provide Wonderware Customer Standard Support Software and Maintenance Renewal for Fuel Depot Software (PART Number ISS-E000). This software will be maintained at NIWC Atlantic, Charleston, SC.

This action is conducted under the authority of FAR Part 13.106(b)(1). ISS is the only authorized distributor in the area of industrial operator interface products from AVEVA and the only company authorized by AVEVA to sell and ISS is the only authorized distributor in the area for NIWC Charleston to purchase Wonderware software and support.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to this acquisition is 541519. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFQ.
