The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Government contemplates awarding a firm/fixed-price type contract with firm-fixed unit prices for the acquisition of windows to be supplied to the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located at Duluth, MN. The requirement is estimated to include 385 windows varying in size and construction. Specifications for the required items are included in the attachment to this sources-sought synopsis. Note: The purpose of this synopsis is to obtain information regarding potential sources only and is not a request for quotations/pricing. It is anticipated that a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued in the near future for this requirement.
