This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is for the purpose of obtaining responses from caterers and vendors to provide meal services for Championship Academy of Distinction (sponsor) (SFA). Meal programs may include the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), Afterschool Snack Program (ASP),and the Seamless Summer Program (SSO). Championship Academy of Distinction (sponsor) is a Public Charter School [public, charter, private] school located in 1100 Hillcrest Dr. Hollywood (Hollywood Campus) & 3367 N. University Dr. Davie (Davie Campus),Florida. The goal of the Food Service Program is to provide nutritious meals for the students atan affordable cost.
