USAFA Cadet Support Services
1. This letter is to announce the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) Cadet Support Services (CSS) requirement, Solicitation No. FA7000-20-R-0001.
2. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
3. There have been several changes to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which are reflected in PWS Revision 3.0 dated 1 November 2019.
4. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held at USAFA on 13 November 2019.
5. All Request for Information (RFI) questions shall be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 P.M. Mountain Standard/Daylight Time on 8 November 2019 to Mr. Joshua Acevedo at joshua.acevedo.1@us.af.mil.
6. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 P.M. Mountain Standard/Daylight Time on 5 December 2019.
