US FWS R7 RIVER BOAT JET MOTOR & TRAILER
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anchorage, AK has a requirement for a commercial item or service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140F0719Q0036. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03, effective July 12, 2019. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 336612, Boat Building and the business size standard is 1,000 Employees. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting quotes to purchase a river boat with the following specifications:
SeaArk 2072 MVJT OR EQUAL.
All Welded aluminum, shallow water river boat approximately 20 ft in length with a bottom width of approximately 72 in, a beam of approximately 95 in, a minimum thickness of 0.125 in,
a minimum side height of 28 in, an open floor plan with removable seat boxes and welded cleats on the bow and rear corners.
Yamaha 115hp OR EQUAL tiller jet motor. Installed with all required controls.
Trailer w spare tire mounted on its rim EZ Loader OR EQUAL.
Must provide sufficient data to determine technical equivalency.
Delivery: Delivery shall be made to BLM-AK Alaska State Office, 4700 BLM Rd, Anchorage AK, 99507 no later than 09/01/2019.
The basis for award is Best Value to the government.
