TPS Software Delivery
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure, on a non-competitive basis, a contract to provide for the delivery of RTCASS Station Software and Hardware, Direct Test Software, Multi Analog Capability (MAC) Commercial Operations, and Support Savings Initiative (COSSI) Software for migration of Consolidated Automated Support Systems (CASS) Family of Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) to the electronic Consolidated Automated Support Systems (eCASS). The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to The Boeing Company, JS McDonnell Blvd & Airport Road, St. Louis, MO 63134. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only responsible source to perform this effort. The Boeing Company is the Prime Integrator for the eCASS TPS Migration Program and is the original equipment manufacturer of the F/A-18 and V-22 CASS OTPSs now being migrated to eCASS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
