Supply and Install of equipment for Fire Command Vehicles, Gifford Pinchot N.F.
The USDA Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest is soliciting offers for accessories and installation of equipment for Five (5) Forest Service Fire Command Vehicles for the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
The Contractor shall supply the vehicle accessories listed in the Schedule of Items of the solicitation. A single award will be made for all items. All products must work efficiently with each other for ease of operation and function. If these specific items are not compatible, we request vendor to provide quote on alternate options that are current and compatible. All Equipment is "New" and there are no equipment transfers.
The vehicles shall be picked up and delivered to: Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Attn: Amy Davis, 501 E. 5th Street Building 404, Vancouver, WA 98661
The applicable NAICS code is 336390 - Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the SAM Database will render an offeror ineligible for award. A solicitation for this project, following the procedures of FAR Part 12 for the procurement of Commercial Items, will be posted to this website on May 20, 2019 with offers due May 28, 2019 1:00 p.m. PDT.
