The Milk River Irrigation Project Joint Board of Control is requesting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms for the development and preparation of a Watershed Plan and associated Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) pursuant to the requirements of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act for the St. Mary Canal and associated structures along the 29-mile canal in Babb, Montana.
