On the first page of the solicitation block number column is corrected to reflect 77 pages.
On Page number forty-one (41) of the solicitation, Section D, the second attachment listed is hereby stricken and removed.
On Page number forty-one (41) of the solicitation, Section D, the due date on the third attachment is hereby updated to reflect 19 Nov 2019, NLT 04:30PM EST.
