SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SBE) GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC)

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a WMATA certified Small Business Enterprise Contractor(s) to provide a diverse range of general construction services. The work shall include a broad variety of major and minor repair, modification, rehabilitation, alterations, demolition, and new construction projects throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. This contract is to provide construction services for various Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) projects. Individual tasks orders will be issued on a competitive basis throughout the ordering period of these Multiple Award Task Order Contracts.
This Request for Proposal is for a Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC). A MATOC is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. This single solicitation will yield multiple awards of IDIQ contracts. Task Orders (TO) will be awarded on a competitive basis to the awarded contractors. Under the terms of the Task Order Contract, the contractors will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, project management, quality control, testing, transportation, safety, appurtenances, and other items necessary for repair/rehabilitation of WMATA¿s facilities and infrastructure, system-wide.
