This is a sources sought notice 36C24419Q; this is neither a solicitation nor a promise of future work. CMCVAMC PHILADELPHIA VAMC, (642) is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB and any SBC regardless of Socio-economic category that can provide Carefusion NOX T3 PORTABLE SLEEP MONITOR SYSTEM. Vendors expressing interest must meet the requirement cited in the Statement of Work, Salient characteristics, and list of items below.
The veteran business must be registered in SAM and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small businesses must be registered in SAM. All Vendors interested in, and with the capability and capacity to fulfill this requirement, are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to this sources sought:
Company Name, address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address.
Company DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID numbers.
Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held.

STATEMENT OF WORK
The CPL MJCVAMC Medicine/Sleep Department is looking to procure the CareFusion NOX T3 device. This portable sleep monitoring system is a type 3 device for unattended portable monitoring in the diagnosis of sleep apnea. has the functionality of full-fledged sleep software and can navigate, score, review, report and export your data

It has the functionality of a full-fledged sleep software and can navigate, score, review, report and sleep data. The technology is designed for wireless and miniaturization and increases comfort for patients.
The Nox-T3 device is a multiple channel monitor. The device uses wireless technology: Bluetooth pulse oximeter, flexible channel for ECG, built-in microphone for respiratory sounds, actigraphy/body position, abdomen/thorax RIP effort and flow/pressure signal.
The Nox-T3 device has a 1.5V AA battery power source during recording. It has 1 GB storage capacity with up to 24 hours including true audio recording. It uses Host PC USB during data download.
The Nox-T3 device has an intuitive analysis and reporting software. There is fast data download and immediate results that viewable with configurable data management
