FAR Part 13 procedures will be used for this acquisition.
This solicitation will be competed as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
First Article Testing (FAT) is required. Offerors shall submit documentation to prove that they are exempt from the FAT requirements, as the Government Representative will make the final determination. Additionally, offerors shall submit proposals along with a Request for Waiver of First Article Testing Requirements (See DLAD 52.209-9019).
The required delivery is 150 Each, 120 Days after Contract (DAC), with FAT Requirements.
