South Baltimore Gateway Partnership (SBGP) is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to seek waste management services that will enhance the regular services provided by the Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks and the Baltimore City Department of Public Works to ensure a high standard of cleanliness beyond their regular schedule. Contractor/s will work with SBGP to coordinate work with City agencies to ensure the schedules of services complement one another.
The RFP outlines 6 core areas of waste management services to be addressed. The service area comprises multiple neighborhoods and parks within approximately 3 square miles. Prospective bidders may submit bids for some or all the core areas.
All proposals related to this RFP are to be submitted to procurement@sbgpartnership.org by 5:00pm on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Hard copies will not be accepted. See the full RFP for additional proposal instructions and evaluation criteria. Bid selection/s will be made approximately October 10, 2022.
