Consumer Debt Counselors, a nonprofit financial services organization, seeks proposals from qualified IT service providers to manage, support, and enhance our technology infrastructure. As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance, we are conducting a vendor review and inviting select firms to participate in our Request for Proposal (RFP) for IT Support Services.
We are particularly interested in engaging a proactive technology partner who can support our compliance obligations under New York State's Cybersecurity Regulation (23 NYCRR Part 500) and provide expertise in IT security, cloud infrastructure, and strategic technology planning. Additionally, we are open to proposals that include a Virtual Chief Technology Officer (vCTO) or Fractional Chief Technology Officer (fCTO) role to help guide our long-term IT strategy.
