The project includes:
All labor + materials for the installation of (4) motorized gate arms in order to
facilitate automation of said (existing) entry & exit gates for vehicles entering &
exiting. This includes the motors, arms, installation, connection to power and
any relevant weatherproofing for outdoor use.
The project also includes Photometric safety sensors to be hooked up to Point Of Entry system, at drive-in entry and drive-out exit.
The project also includes installing expanded metal mesh on and around (2)
perimeter pedestrian doors in order to prevent manual trespass or door
operations.
The project also includes installation of (2) loop sensor and pressure sensors, one after drive-in entry and the other at drive-out exit.
The project also includes any necessary parking lot repair due to cutting of
existing asphalt for installation.
