The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate on a limited-competitive basis with WIREROPE WORKS INC. CAGE 77141, WIRECO WORLDGROUP; Cage 80967 and WIRE ROPE INDUSTRIES LTD; Cage 35043 for the procurement of three (3) reels P/N: C92791-7-3000, 1" Wire Rope for the Cross Deck Pendant Program.
GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
