RFP for Print and Direct Mail Services for RBFF's Boat Registration Marketing Program (BRMP)
The Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF) partners with state fish and wildlife agencies to implement a boat registration direct mail marketing program targeting lapsed boaters to increase boat registrations. BRMP targets boat owners who haven't renewed their boat registrations for at least one year or during a designated timeframe specific to the partnering state.
This request for proposals (RFP) is designed to solicit from qualified service providers to customize current direct mail templates, print and mail direct mail pieces to support the increase of state fish and wildlife agencies' total number of boat registrations. There is potential for services need to re-design the current direct mail template.
