Plexus Maintenance Services
The Regional Health Contracting Activity-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source procedures. This Purchase Order is a service requirement for Conexus Plexus Maintenance Service. Conexus' Plexus Vision Asset tracking system consisting of software and hardware components for RFID item tracking is installed at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). The system elements include servers, workstations, RFID Readers, RFID tags, and RFID handheld devices. Conexus does not have any authorized resellers for the Plexus system and is the only source capable of providing the products or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique and highly specialized. The period of performance is 1 October 2019-30 September 2020 with 4 Options periods.
