Scope of Work
The East Village Association is requesting proposals for a qualified electrical company that can install dynamic LED
RGB bulb style strand lighting (pole to pole) consistent with the existing LED RGB strand lighting on Market Street in
downtown San Diego. This lighting project will extend the lighting on both the north and south sides of Market Street
from 6th Ave to Park Blvd.
