concessionaire for the development, operation, and maintenance of an outdoor market

concession with an optional kiosk ("Kiosk 1") at Fordham Plaza located at Fordham Road, Third
Avenue and East 189th Street in the Borough of the Bronx ("Plaza").
TERM
DOT is seeking a concessionaire for one (1) two-year term, with two (2) two-year renewal
options and one (1) three-year renewal option exercisable at DOT's sole discretion. No longer
term will be considered. This concession will be operated pursuant to a license agreement
issued by DOTs no leasehold or other proprietary right is offered.
