This sources sought reference number W912NR-19-R-5001 is for planning purposes only, to assist in determining if this effort can be obtained competitively and/or as a total Small Business Set-Aside, and to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various interested business concerns. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement.
