In the provision of substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services, WestCare Foundation, Inc., a national network of behavioral health and human services organizations, must monitor the abstinence and compliance of clientele (including individuals involved in the criminal justice system) by conducting frequent alcohol and other drug testing. In an effort to make drug testing more efficient and economical, WestCare Foundation, Inc. is seeking one (1) or more qualified vendors who can meet the drug testing needs of the national WestCare network.
