The USPFO for Montana (located at Fort Harrison, MT) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13.5 procedures, to award a single award IDIQ for food service to be provided for Soldiers (and other service members) performing AT, IDT and other training and duties at Fort Harrison, Helena Aviation Reserve Center (HARC) near Helena Regional Airport, and Limestone Hills Training area near Townsend.

The contract duration will include one base year with two additional two year option periods (1yr base + 2yr opt + 2yr opt), plus inclusion of 52.217-8 clause, which may extend the contract up to 6 months.

Contract ceiling for the IDIQ will be $4,500,000.00 with a $5,000 minimum guarantee.

The proposed contract is 100% competitive set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 722310 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. Product Service Code is S203.

The date for the site visit is November 22, 2019 at 10:00 AM local (MST) time at Bldg 1011 on Sanaianda Dr, Fort Harrison, MT.  Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend and will require a valid ID and drivers license for access to Fort Harrison.  Attendees may request a strip map no later than November 19, at 1:00 PM via email request to adam.d.sackman.civ@mail.mil. Late requests risk not receiving the location information prior to the site visits. Attendee is responsible to verify receipt of email requesting strip map or directions. 

Interested quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. You will need your DUNS number in order to register and instruction are located on the site. The solicitation and all associated information will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website at fbo.gov.  FedBizOps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition related information for all Federal Agencies. Interested quoters must register with FedBizOps in order to access the full solicitation package (when posted). This registration process can take 15 business days or longer so plan accordingly.
