Learning Content System RFP# 2023-1204
This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents a significant opportunity to enter into a
strategic partnership with Vibrant Emotional Health, headquartered in New York
City.
Vibrant has a diverse learner base that requires specialized Learning content. The
information is currently being stored in several learning management systems (e.g.
Bridge, Linkedin Learning) with no comprehensive reporting. We often have to
create new content and require a system for creating, storing and disseminating the
content to learners. Additionally, we currently do not have a method for providing
external individuals and organizations with training created by Vibrant and
processing payment for those courses. Our existing learning content does not
adequately address the evolving compliance and regulatory requirements pertinent
to the mental health services we provide. Our current content does not consistently
reflect these updates, putting the organization at risk of regulatory non-compliance
in various states. Accessibility concerns and the need for culturally sensitive content
have not been adequately addressed in our current learning materials. Our current
content lacks evidence-based, research-backed information.
