The purpose for this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to
establish a contract through competitive negotiations to implement and maintain a
fully-functional, turn-key, highly-configurable, scalable, seamlessly integrated Law
Enforcement Records Management System (RMS) for the Fairfax County Police
Department (Agency) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP. Either
on-premise or cloud-hosted solutions will be considered.
