Valley Behavioral Health, Inc is seeking an outside third party to manage and operate its CLIA-certified Human Reference LAB Clinical and Anatomic Pathology laboratory services and testing capabilities with the potential of becoming a national multi-discipline, esoteric reference lab. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified entities/groups with the resources, experience, and capabilities to successfully partner with VBH to manage and operate ValleyLab.
