Janitorial Services for the American Embassy in El Salvador
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in El Salvador will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available.
The requirement is for providing Janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy San Salvador.
The estimated cleaning area is approximately 67,013 Sq. Mts. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR 52.204-7.
No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
