The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to accept sealed bids from qualified construction firms or general contractors to undertake onsite and offsite infrastructure development construction to support six single-family homes on the Benton Paiute Reservation assisted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Department (HUD). This planned infrastructure development project is on six acres of undeveloped land located at Yellow Jacket Road, Benton, CA 93512-9998.
You are invited to submit a sealed bid to be received by
Honorable Shane Saulque, Tribal Chairman, the Utu Utu Gwaitu Paiute Tribe, 25669 Hwy 6mPMBI, Benton, CA 93512-9998 no later than 12:00 pm (PST) on July 7, 2020. The Utu Utu Gwaitu Paiute Tribal Council expects to award this contract by July 31, 2020 and will provide the selected construction firm or General Contractor a Notice to Proceed by August 7, 2020.
