Invitation for Bid (IFB) 26-021 City Terrace Head Start & Early Head Start Childcare Modular Building

The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (hereinafter alternately "MAOF"), a nonprofit organization, is seeking proposals from highly qualified Contractors with demonstrated expertise in providing Modular buildings across multiple MAOF facilities located in California, through a competitive bid process. This process requires Contractors to submit a proposal that includes a complete bid for the Scope of Work (SOW) outlined in Exhibit A, along with three (3) professional references. The deadline for submission of IFB 26-021 is Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (PST). A mandatory job walk will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the City Terrace Modular Building. All correspondence regarding this request shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Department at procurement@maof.org. To download this IFB, bidders must go to the webpage: www.maof.org, under the About Section/Click Procurement to look for the IFB or at the MAOF vendor portal in PlanetBids. Proposals must be received by MAOF no later than September 2, 2026 by 4 pm. Electronic submissions are acceptable. All proposals must clearly reference: "IFB No. 26-021, City Terrace Head Start & Early Head Start Childcare Modular Building" on the outside of the envelope. Emailed proposals shall be sent to procurement@MAOF.org with "IFB No. 26-021, City Terrace Head Start & Early Head Start Childcare Modular Building" in the subject line. MAOF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal received.
