The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Contracting Office intends to procure commercial items services contract under FAR Part 12 to provide immuohistochemical (IHC) stain analysis which shall include transportation of specimens, analysis, supervision, labor, and all equipment necessary for results for VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS), located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161.
The NAICS code is The NACIS 621511 Medical Laboratories. This solicitation will be full and open unrestricted competition. The contract shall be effective for a base plus four (4) option years.
