The Fort Belknap Indian Community (hereinafter referred to as ("FBIC") in partnership with Island Mountain Development Group (hereinafter referred to as "IMDG") are requesting written lumpsum, fixed price Bids to design, build, deliver and install (20) modular, factory-built moderately sized homes, each consisting of approximately 1,300-1,400 square feet, which each meet IBC standards. Proposals shall contain one (1) design, which if selected, will be designated by Owner for all 20-units.
