This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to develop, implement and monitor the compliance of an Inmate Holiday Package Program for the DOC Division of Prisons, using guidelines determined by the Department that will provide the inmates and their families and/or friends with a holiday package program to accommodate their needs during the 2009 Holiday season.
