Create Staff Portals electronically to streamline Position Management, Applicant Tracking, Mobile App, Document & Task Management, Time & Attendance, Mileage Tracker & Expense Management, Benefits Administration, FMLA, Payroll, Reporting, General Ledger, Surveys, Performance and User Access. This will help eliminate the current multistep procedures in multiple softwares currently used by the Agency.
Give staff one software to complete all HR/Benefits & Payroll tasks.
