This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services at Chief Joseph Dam (CJD) and Rufus Woods Lake. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at Chief Joseph Dam and Rufus Woods Lake as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.


Chief Joseph Dam is the second-largest hydropower project in the United States. The Dam sustains fifty-one mile long Rufus Woods Lake which offers a bounty of recreational opportunities. Facilities at the outdoor areas, project, and security building need grounds maintenance services to maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.


The Contractor shall meet all the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) to perform the general grounds maintenance services objectives. Provide grounds maintenance at Chief Joseph Dam and related facilities along Rufus Woods Lake.
