This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is PANNGB-19-P-0000 013273. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 January 2017.
This is a total small business set aside with the associated NAICS code of 722320.
This synopsis and solicitation is for food preparation and delivery in support of the 215th Army National Guard Band Annual Training 29 June thru 13 July 2019. The Band will conduct its annual training period in support of multiple concert appearances during the period. We are requesting quotations for food service support consisting of 3 meals a day for 37 people during the entire period. Meals will commence with lunch on 29 Jun and end with lunch on 13 July. Service will provide hot breakfast/lunch/dinner with occasional cold box lunch meals on specific days. (see attached SOW)

Acceptance will be at Camp Curtis Guild 25 Haverhill Street, Reading, MA 01867 w/ several meals delivered in the vicinity of Camp Curtis Guild IAW the SOW.
