This is a noncompetitive action with anticipated award to Engineering and Software System Solutions, Inc. (CAGE 5XXN7) as a follow on to a previously competed action under a multiple award engineering services contract that has expired. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, technical proposal and quote which shall be considered by the agency.
