Synopsis – Endoscopy Software (W81K00-20-Q-0013)

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Gastro-Intestinal (GI) Endoscopy Reporting Software to create reports. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform maintenance, technical and software support for the GI Endoscopy Reporting Software System. Services include program management of the system, onsite training, licenses, configuration of the software, installation of compatible software, updates to the software, inspections of the system, preventive maintenance, calibration and verification of the system.  The contractor shall provide compatible video capture cables and video capture cards and perform to the standards. The base year period of performance will be twelve (12) months from initial installation of hardware, software and training after award date plus an additional twelve (12) month option period for a total of twenty-four (24) months.

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of 150 employees. All responsible small business sources capable of performing this requirement are encouraged to submit a quote. Interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to award.

This RFQ will be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website at (https://www.fbo.gov/) on or about 12 November 2019. The Endoscopy Reporting Software is a Commercially available off-the-shelf item as defined in FAR 2.101. Consistent with the requirements at FAR 5.203(a) and (h), the contracting officer may allow fewer than 15 days before issuance of this RFQ. All amendments (if any) to this RFQ or this Synopsis, will be posted at the same GPE. The Government will not compile any solicitation mailing list. The Government will not issue any paper copies of this RFQ or its amendments (if any), and telephonic/faxed requests shall not be accepted.

The RFQ will have all the necessary information required for the preparation and submission of the quote. Once the solicitation is posted, interested parties are urged to visit the GPE website ((https://www.fbo.gov/) frequently for any updates/amendments to this requirement.
