The Contractor shall provide supervision, labor, material, and equipment required to perform all work for the following project: The project objective is to provide five (5) plugin electric vehicle (PEV), Level 2 charging stations at various locations at Naval Station Newport. The work shall include electrical service to and all necessary electrical upgrades to energize the PEV charging stations, provide of the electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and site preparations and modifications. All work shall be done in a manner to provide a complete, usable and finished end product. See section b16. Work Requirementsb for an expanded and detailed scope of work.
