Cybersecurity And Infrastructure (CISA) Emergency Communications Division (ECD) Priority Telecommunication Services (PTS)
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for Priority Telecommunications Services (PTS) in accordance with the attached schedule.
This RFP is to be issued open market using FAR Part 15 Contracting By Negotiation. A hybrid Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursement (CR) Contract is anticipated.
Any questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing to both Matthew Wetzel, Contract Specialist (Matthew.Wetzel@hq.dhs.gov) and Toya Reynolds, Contracting Officer (Toya.Reynolds@hq.dhs.gov) no later than 2:00PM EST Friday April 26th, 2019.
The proposals shall be submitted electronically to both Matthew Wetzel, Contract Specialist (Matthew.Wetzel@hq.dhs.gov) and Toya Reynolds, Contracting Officer (Toya.Reynolds@hq.dhs.gov) no later than 2:00PM EST Friday May 31st, 2019.
The Government reserves the right to exercise some, all or none of the option or optional CLINs in each period of performance.
