The Data Play LLC is accepting proposals to develop a new Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) for Membership Services. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged. The COMPANY wants to "start over" with a new system that uses the best components from existing tools while creating a streamlined, user-friendly CRM for the entire staff to utilize. The COMPANY expects that a new CRM will lead to new opportunities for member engagement and increased sales opportunities through better member tracking and a better system for event and financial management.
