Custodial Services in Lodi, NJ
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement to procure Level 3 custodial services at the Alexander Hamilton United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), 76 Route 17 AT Essex Street, Lodi, NJ 07644-2791. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services at the Alexander Hamilton USARC. The basic services include sweeping, cleaning, vacuuming, emptying waste containers, mopping, waxing and buffing, shampooing of carpets, rugs and cleaning and restocking supplies in the restrooms in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4), twelve (12) month option periods from the date of award. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
