Ipas works to advance reproductive justice by expanding access to abortion and contraception, using a comprehensive approach that addresses health, legal, and social systems. We believe every person should have the right to bodily autonomy and be able to determine their own future. Across Africa, Asia, and the Americas, we work with partners to ensure that reproductive health services, including abortion and contraception, are available and accessible to all.
As global financing and development aid reaches a critical inflection point, securing sustainable resources for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) has never been more urgent. Shifts in donor priorities, emerging financing mechanisms, and increasing emphasis on domestic resource mobilization are reshaping the funding landscape.
Accordingly, Ipas seeks an experienced consultant or consulting firm to strengthen our understanding of sustainable financing for development. The consultant will help us navigate the evolving global financing landscape, clarify how financing decisions are made, and provide insights that support long-term strategies for securing sustainable resources for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
