The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Duluth, Minnesota. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive proposals providing all listed output. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient facility services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. The contract type is an indefinite-delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed unit pricing. The contract shall consist of a Base Year and four 12 month option years for renewal. The estimated quantities for the Base Year Inpatient Days, 160 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 550 estimated visits. Option year #1 Inpatient Days, 176 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 605 estimated visits. Option year #2 Inpatient Days, 193 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 665 estimated visits. Option year #3 Inpatient Days, 213 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 732 estimated visits. Option year #4 Inpatient Days, 234 estimated days; Outpatient Visits, 805 estimated visits. Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document. The solicitation will be made available on/or about August 1, 2015, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is October 1, 2015, 2:00 pm, Central Time (CT). Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
