Clinical Translation Service

SUN RIVER HEALTH is seeking proposals from a clinical translation platform to facilitate health- related services and information via in person and remote visits. The clinical translation platform will support clinical encounters in a HIPAA compliant, confidential and secure, and which will support patient communication with healthcare providers for treatment and diagnosis.
A successful proposal must:
Provide interpretive services for in person and remote visits;
Allow for the inclusion of third parties in the encounter;
Provide sufficient capacity for group therapy sessions, and
Include comprehensive access to languages and dialects presented by Sun River Health patients, including sign language
Include option for service provision via video
The proposal should also address:
Integration with the existing telemedicine solution utilized by Sun River Health
Ability to handle at least one hundred (100) concurrent patients/sessions.
Ability to provide support during all Sun River Health hours.
Ability to monitor and improve quality of service
Ability to provide tracking of utilization by site and by provider and by language
All pricing proposals will be considered. Each proposal must include, but is not limited to all of the services described above.
