Boiler Maintenance
Provide for all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform all work to maintain 86 existing boilers/water heaters, located in 67 facilities across Minot AFB, ND. The Contractor will also take over the maintenance of any new boilers/water heaters added to MAFB over the length of the contract, not to exceed a total of 100 boilers/water heaters, per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
