Through $54M in open community activity supporting our signature Healthy Generations initiative, Anthem Foundation is currently partnering with nonprofit organizations who are working to address some of the nation's top health challenges.
In honor of Anthem Foundation's 20th Anniversary in 2020, we're inviting qualified nonprofit organizations with proven, programmatic community initiatives to apply for funding to join our efforts. In order to ensure our funding reaches the communities where it is needed most, we are inviting proposals for programs that are specifically working to address social drivers of health in markets where Anthem and its affiliates operate.
