Provision of Travel Management Services
Overview :
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Juba, Southern Sudan is undertaking a solicitation of proposals from travel agents who are interested in providing various travel services regularly required by the UNDP.
The purpose of the present solicitation is to enter into a Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for an initial period of one year for Travel Management Services covering years 2010-2011 with a travel Agent/s specialized in such service area. The period may be extended for another two years based on performance. The turnover estimate on travel services is USD $900,000 (United Stated Dollars Nine Hundred Thousand Only) per year
