The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) 58809007 is to solicit proposals that
will enable the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) to select the most qualified
applicant to provide the Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Examining Board
competency testing and examination services for journey and master levels in all four
disciplines including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and hydronics.
