Kitchen Addition and Storehouse
A Mandatory Attendance Pre‐Bid Conference and tour of the construction area is scheduled for May 27, 2010. The Dept will be receiving sealed bids for construction of a 15,240 square foot Kitchen addition and renovation of 8,000 square feet of existing kitchen spaces within the secure perimeter, along with construction of a new 14,110 square foot Storehouse outside the secure perimeter. Major components of the project will include cast concrete, precast concrete components, metal bar joists and decking, pre‐engineered metal building frame with roof and siding panels, dock equipment, membrane roofing, masonry, security windows and glazing, doors and frames, kitchen equipment, HVAC and plumbing systems, sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm and security systems.
